Bill Shepard has spent countless hours walking, hunting, and skiing his family’s land in Wisconsin.  He understands the urgent need of managing and caring for our open land.  He has witnessed urban sprawl in other areas of the country and is offended by it.  Shepard’s desire, through his service on the board of NEWLT, is protect Wisconsin’s beautiful land as much as can possibly be done.  Shepard owns a food packaging company located in Columbus, OH.  His interests include hiking, skiing (alpine and nordic) kayaking, travel, golf and tennis.
